The Butler Central development is bounded by Butler Boulevard, Cambourne Parkway, Exmouth Drive and Brackley Way.
This project included the 3800m2 Supermarket with detached 200m2 in mall liquor tenancy, standalone Dan Murphys store, specialty shops/ commercial space to Building one, two and three along with two mini major tenancies.
