The successful delivery of Tribeca North completes the trilogy of the Tribeca developments within Rivervale for BGC.
Features of the construction included traditionally constructed suspended concrete slabs, a mix of load bearing columns and walls, and structural steel roof. The exterior of the building makes an instant impact with the use of both vibrant green cladding and more subtle timber look cladding in keeping with modern architectural trends.
With the Swan river being merely meters away from the development, the building was designed and constructed with a focus on selection of longevity of materials and best practice construction techniques. Drawing inspiration from the reeds along the riverside, and in keeping with the sustainable construction of the building, a local artist was involved with the design of the feature laser cut aluminium screening to the car-parking level.
The construction of the 44 apartments, including swimming pool, and communal roof terraced area was delivered on-time and to a high standard of finish.
