Excited new residents have embraced contemporary living on Perth’s Swan River at the recently completed Tribeca East apartment development at The Springs Rivervale.

 Tribeca East is the second of three stages to be completed in the Tribeca series developed by BGC Development and built by BGC Construction. The project features 75 architecturally designed apartments in one, two and three-bedroom configurations as well as 10 unique two-storey terrace homes.
